One of the healthiest and yummiest recipes that I like to use is this one: olive oil, s and p, rosemary, garlic, and lemon. It gives the fish a light and delicious flavor leaves you full. It also taste amazing paired with a simple green salad. This recipe is not limited to only sole fish, which I love. You can also use it with salmon, talapia, and any other fish you like!
